Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the q222 website accessible at q222.io, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications made available by q222.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and uses the services provided by q222.

Eligibility

q222 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by q222 may result in suspension of your Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of q222 services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You must provide truthful and accurate registration information. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. Notify q222 promptly of any changes to your contact details or payment methods.
• You must choose a strong, unique password for your Account and must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• q222 is entitled to treat all instructions received from your Account as having been made by you, unless you have previously notified q222 of unauthorised access.
• q222 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

Account registration is subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. q222 may request identity documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account) at any stage of the Account lifecycle.

Deposits & Withdrawals

q222 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at q222's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits are processed in real time or within the time frames indicated at the point of transaction. Bonuses & Promotions

q222 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another player.
• Bonus Funds must meet the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds.
• When a Player holds both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, wagers are typically deducted from Real Money Funds first, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• q222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited to a Player's Account.
• q222 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse of the promotional terms.
• Players who have self-excluded or requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the exclusion period.
• q222 may limit the maximum withdrawal amount derived from a bonus. Any such limit will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

q222 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns including, but not limited to, coordinated low-risk wagering to fulfil requirements, multi-accounting to claim a bonus multiple times, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found to be engaged in these activities will be closed without notice and remaining balances forfeited.

Game Rules & Betting

All casino games available on the Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of your Account Balance, and referral of the matter to the relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the Platform in any automated manner.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Chip dumping or any other arrangement designed to transfer funds between Accounts in a manner that circumvents q222's withdrawal procedures.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing q222 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

q222 employs a range of automated and manual monitoring measures to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts under investigation may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation, during which time withdrawals will be placed on hold. q222's determination following an investigation is final.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, database structures, and audio-visual elements, is the property of q222 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

q222 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without q222's prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, q222's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

q222 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or loss of use of data.
• Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation.
• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Interruption to the Platform caused by maintenance, third-party service failures, force majeure events, or circumstances outside q222's reasonable control.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Account at any time. You may close your Account by contacting q222 customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no investigation is pending.

q222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• q222 reasonably suspects that your Account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activities.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• q222 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Continuing to operate your Account would expose q222 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have initiated a chargeback against a deposit made to your Account.

Upon termination for breach, q222 reserves the right to withhold any Account Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, q222 may forfeit the Balance in whole or in part as appropriate compensation for losses suffered by q222 or other Players.

Amendments

q222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly alters your rights or obligations — q222 will provide at least 14 days' prior notice via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address before the amended Terms take effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by law), the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to q222's operating jurisdiction.

q222 makes no representation that the Platform or any of its content is appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and q222, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through q222's customer support and complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate legal channels in the applicable jurisdiction.
